When I ordered cold soba mixed with matcha, the aroma spread pleasantly at first, making me happy. The noodles were smooth and elastic, and they were so delicious that I couldn't stop using my chopsticks. The dipping sauce had a slightly strong flavor, and when combined with wasabi and green onions, the taste became more pronounced. When I added a quail egg, it added creaminess and allowed me to enjoy a different aspect of the dish. The restaurant has both tatami seating and a counter, providing a calm atmosphere where you can relax. Thanks to the attentive and cheerful staff, the dining experience felt even more pleasant.
