This is a calm sushi restaurant located in the town of Ominato. It has a counter and tatami seating, and you can enjoy not only sushi but also various seasonal dishes. When you order the omakase, it's nice that you can communicate your dislikes as you go along. The quality of the ingredients shines, and I was particularly impressed by the soft texture of the sweet shrimp and steamed abalone. The sushi rice is fluffy and small, with a slightly sweet vinegar balance, and the wasabi has a nice kick, creating a good balance. The pickled ginger and the pickled shallots with a hint of red wine make for a good palate cleanser, and there are also unusual small dishes that make you want to order more.
