When you open the underground door, a calm space with a brown theme spreads out, making it comfortable. The entrance is a bit mysterious, but if you carefully descend the steep stairs, the staff will kindly guide you. There is also a system where a signal sound alerts the customers, which is a bit fun. The counter seats are easy to sit at even for one person, and you can feel the lively atmosphere of the kitchen nearby, which is exciting. The hamburger has a fluffy texture, and the selectable demi-glace sauce is classically delicious. Recommendations like sea bass carpaccio and fava bean and blue cheese tofu dip also leave a lasting impression with their good balance of flavors.
