Reservations

It costs a good price, but the taste is satisfying. I think it is the best in Ehime. However, I don't agree that customers with reservations are given priority over customers without reservations, both in showing them to their seats and in ordering.

I was invited by a friend to visit at lunch time. I had the tsukegamo (dipping duck). The soba noodles were thin, sticky and firm, and the soba aroma spread in my mouth as I slurped it down. The dipping sauce contained duck meat and lightly grilled thick leeks. The leeks were very sweet and fragrant, and went very well with the umami of the meat.
