The warm hospitality makes it a comfortable place. The tonkatsu is thick and tender, and when eaten with salt, its sweetness is enhanced. The batter is crispy and not heavy, and there is plenty of cabbage, which is satisfying. The rice from Togakushi, cooked in a pot, is fluffy and has a subtle sweetness that comes out with each bite. The tonjiru (pork miso soup) has plenty of ingredients and a gentle flavor, and the sauce mixed with ground sesame is also enjoyable. The takeout katsu sandwich is soft and juicy, and you can also enjoy the fragrant sake.
