In the quiet atmosphere of the mountains, the spacious Japanese-style room is comfortable. You can enjoy various preparations of sweetfish raised in the pond right in front of you. The sashimi is exceptionally fresh, and when paired with miso, its aroma is enhanced. The grilled fish has a pleasant bitterness, and its savory flavor is irresistible. The fried fish, sweet simmered fish, dengaku, and tempura each have their own unique characteristics and are satisfying. It concludes with Inaniwa udon, leaving you feeling happy until the very end.
