Located in a corner of the food court, it's easy to stop by during sightseeing. The ordered fresh shirasu rice bowl was generously topped with seaweed, and the fluffy texture of the shirasu melted in my mouth. The three-color bowl, which includes fresh sakura shrimp and boiled shirasu, highlighted the distinct flavors of each ingredient and was never boring. Even with a single efficient staff member managing everything, the wait time was short, allowing for a pleasant experience. It's also nice that you can buy Fujinomiya yakisoba next door, making it enjoyable to sample local gourmet food all at once. The shop is conveniently located just a short walk from Asama Shrine and the World Heritage Center, making it easy to incorporate into sightseeing plans.
