Hiroshima okonomiyaki is characterized by the sweetness of cabbage, which is cut into long, thin strips. The thin noodles are also delicious and go well with the negiyaki. Negiyaki is soft and tasty paired with thin udon noodles. Yakisoba is also delicious with cabbage and thin noodles. I was surprised to find such delicious Hiroshima okonomiyaki in Kyoto. It is reasonably priced and the portions are generous.
