The store has a row of olive oils lined up, and I feel excited the moment I walk in. There are counters and tables, making it a comfortable place to spend time. There are many types of somen noodles, and the explanations are thorough, making it fun to choose. The hand-stretched noodles are smooth and have a good texture, and the soy sauce-based broth is aromatic and very delicious. I enjoyed the presentation of olive oil being drizzled in front of me, the toppings of pork and hard-boiled eggs, and the flavor changes along the way. I was satisfied with the tofu made with olive oil, seasonal side dishes, and even the vanilla ice cream finished with truffle oil.
