Five times better than expected Yanaizu Sauce Katsudon at Tsukimigaoka Community Center in Yanaizu Town, Kawanuma County, Fukushima Prefecture. Tsukimigaoka Residents' Center is a lodging facility that also offers day-trip bathing. It has Japanese-style rooms that boast an open-air view of the Tadami River, a large public bath, and a cafeteria that can be used even by those who do not stay overnight or take a day trip. I had known about the Yanaizu Sauce Katsu-don before, but it was five times better than I expected. Thick, tender pork cutlet topped with a generous amount of chuno sauce. Underneath is a fluffy egg and shredded cabbage. It was outstandingly delicious. The service by the part time lady was also excellent.
