This is a dried fish shop located in Izu Kogen, and the display is beautiful, making it enjoyable just to look at. There are many items centered around local fish that do not use additives, and the saltiness is gentle and easy to eat. There are also mirin-dried fish, horse mackerel, barracuda, swordfish, and more, making the selection process exciting. The squid salted with handwork is low in salt and rich in flavor, and it disappears quickly. The dried red snapper grilled at home has a strong flavor from the fat, with thick and moist flesh. The crunchy texture of the squid's tentacles is also special, and I really liked it.
