A heartwarming authentic sushi experience

Taru Sushi is a wonderful place where you can enjoy authentic Edomae sushi in a friendly atmosphere. The casual conversations with the chef and the exquisite flavors of the nigiri provide new culinary discoveries with each visit. Of course, the sushi made with fresh seafood is exceptional, and the giant shrimp tempura and seasonal dishes are also outstanding.

There are counters and tatami rooms, and private rooms where you can spend your time in a relaxed manner. Even when everyone is cheerful and lively, they guide you smoothly. The sushi pieces are slightly smaller, but they pair perfectly with the flavored rice. When I expressed my preferences, they arranged a platter with horse mackerel, and I was delighted to enjoy even the fried fish bones. The tempura is also a must-try, especially the crispy large shrimp tempura, which is irresistible. The salad and matsutake dishes are delicious, and you can savor them slowly along with the sushi.
