This restaurant specializes in meat dishes and is operated by Kawakubo Beef and Pork, a butcher shop that we use all the time. The first floor is a pork cutlet shop, and the second floor is a restaurant where you can enjoy sukiyaki, shabu-shabu, and other courses of Japanese black beef. ●Loin cutlet set meal (1,000 yen) The regular price is 1,300 yen, but I got it for lunch price. Compared to the tonkatsu that have become popular recently, I think the cutlet is a little overcooked, but personally I think it is within my acceptable range. The pork used was probably Hayashi SPF pork. The price is more than enough for this quality and quantity. I think it was a coincidence that the rice was a bit sticky & the miso soup was undercooked this time, which was a minus. Looking at the menu, I was curious about the extra large pork cutlet (5,500 yen) and the fantastic pork cutlet (1,800 yen) - it was almost 2 pm and the restaurant was almost full.
