Even though it is in the market, the interior is quiet, stylish, and a pleasant space. The concrete walls and modern Japanese music fit well together, and there is a sense of cleanliness. The seafood bowl looks beautiful, with the toppings carefully arranged, which is exciting. The bluefin tuna from Oma has a rich flavor in both the red meat and the fatty part, and the melt-in-your-mouth texture is irresistible. The two types of tuna and sea bream are also thick, and both convey a sense of freshness. The subtly vinegared chilled rice pairs well with the flavorful broth soy sauce, making it delicious until the very end.
