Every dish is consistently good, and I get excited every time. The sashimi and tataki of skipjack tuna have just the right amount of fat, and the umami is distinctly felt. The handmade skipjack tuna delicacy has no unpleasant smell, and I can't help but keep eating. The mashed eggplant pairs perfectly with the garlic-scented sauce and the deep-fried eggplant. The simmered fish has a wonderful balance of sweetness and saltiness, and the flesh easily flakes apart. The skewered cutlets and fried chicken go well with the Japanese-style sweet and spicy sauce, making the table lively.
