As soon as you enter, you are warmly welcomed, which is comforting. The round noodles are smooth and have just the right amount of elasticity, providing a fun texture. The broth is rich in flavor, and the balance of sweetness and saltiness is very good. It seems to be handmade soba, and I felt the aroma was rich as well. The view outside the window is beautiful, and you can see the red-crowned cranes and distant mountains from inside the shop. Looking through the binoculars by the window felt like a little adventure, which was exciting.
