A seafood tonkotsu ramen shop located just a short walk from the north exit of Higashi-Jujo Station, quietly standing in an alley. It operates for only two and a half hours from 6 PM to 8:30 PM, and its rarity as a counter-only establishment has earned it a spot among the top 100 ramen shops in Tokyo. The aroma of seafood reminiscent of niboshi (dried sardines) takes the lead, followed by the rich flavors of pork bone and chicken in the broth, which is dense yet has a refreshing aftertaste. The moist, rose-colored rare chashu remains elegant even when ordered as 'meat extra,' and the combination with the chewy homemade medium-thick noodles creates a delightful bowl. Upon being seated, beer is served, along with complimentary snacks for beer drinkers. The amount of noodles can also be adjusted, making it perfect for a quick drink after work followed by ramen to wrap up the night, or for a quiet evening alone savoring the flavors of a renowned shop. ♡燦々斗《東十条》♡ ✴︎ Ramen topped with Ajitama First visit to a ramen shop that I've been curious about for a long time ✨ I was going to get the Chinese noodle (salt) or the Oil Soba until I got there, but the Ramen (Seafood Pork Bone Soy Sauce) that everyone else was having looked delicious, so I went for that one 🤗. The soup has a good combination of seafood and pork bones without any unpleasant taste🙆🙆. The chewy thick homemade noodles go well with the soup 🍜.
