Choose your seasoning/noodles: (Otafuku or special ponzu sauce)/Ingredients: yakisoba or yakisoba dough thinly grilled with squid legs, pork belly, shrimp, plenty of cabbage sandwiched, and noodles added. Choose between yakisoba or udon, and choose between Otafuku sauce or ponzu sauce for seasoning. A voluminous authentic Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki with the option to steam-grill it. Toppings such as cheese, grilled cheese, natto, etc. are also available for an additional charge.
