The gyoza has a good flavor of chives, and the taste of the filling lingers. The fried chicken is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The seasoning is just right, making it satisfying. The crab omelet has a bit of green onion in the egg, and the sweet and sour sauce is thick with a clear tanginess. The fried rice is stir-fried to a fragrant finish, with well-separated grains of rice. The ramen is mild and evokes a sense of nostalgia.
