The sound of the bell that rings as soon as you open the door is cute, and it lifts your spirits from the moment you enter. The combination of concrete walls, wooden floors, potted plants, and chandelier-style lighting creates a stylish and calming atmosphere inside the shop. The daily one-plate lunch features a main dish accompanied by small bowls and salad, showcasing meticulous craftsmanship. On this day, the main dish of tonkatsu was thick with a fragrant crust, perfectly complementing the sauce. The heaping salad was presented in a three-dimensional arrangement, and the fresh sweetness of the organic vegetables paired well with the dressing. The hot and generous blend coffee had a refreshing bitterness and aroma, allowing me to savor it leisurely after the meal, leaving me feeling happy.
