The other night for dinner, we went to "Yakiniku Gyubou Machiya Branch" in Machiya 🐮. It was "Arakawa-ku Yakiniku Tour" 🙌🙌 After "Ajirakutei", we went to "Yakiniku Gyubou Machiya" which I remember I visited a few years ago and enjoyed it 💁. I found out that there is also one in Kyonarishi 🤔. Is my memory of how good it was correct❓❓❓ How was the taste after a few years 😏? ▪️ Special Rib Kabuli The rib core was sold out, so I ordered the rib kabuli☝️ What a hit it was❗️❗️🎯 The meat was carefully grilled and raised on each side, and when you put it in your mouth, the juices are amazing😂😂 What an elegant fat 👏👏. This may be the most amazing meat I've had recently: ❤️ ▪️Great grilled top fillet! Bright red and munchy fillet💕 Tenderness that can be chewed without stress, sweetness and richness of lean meat, definitely a delicious fillet 😆😆. It's been a while since I've had filet 🤔 all the street grilling makes for a simple menu 😂😂. ▪️ Fresh grilled tongue Thinly sliced but shittily and good texture😊. Elegantly seasoned and tasty enough🙆🙆 But after "Ajirakutei", I still think it lacks impact 🤔 No, it's just that the tongue at "Ajirakutei" is just too good 😂. Well, it was more delicious than I expected and more than I remember 👏. Since it was my second visit, I couldn't attack it that much, but I got a glimpse of its potential 😤😤. The menu seems to be more of a positive meat thrust than offal, so next time I'll start with the first one 😘. Speaking of Machiya, "Shotai-en" is the place to go, but this "Gyubou" is also very good 😚😚😚.
