The warm atmosphere managed by a couple makes you feel at ease the moment you step in. The small interior has a counter and raised seating, creating a comfortable environment. The offal stew here is made with white miso, and the tender offal and tofu pair well with the seasonings. The grilled skewers, including liver and pork cheek, are fragrant, and the balance of salt and sauce is just right. The warm shirako ponzu is fluffy, and the refreshing taste of the ponzu makes it hard to stop eating. There are also home-style dishes like seasonal ingredients and tamagoyaki, allowing you to relax and enjoy your time.
