The interior of the restaurant is stylish and allows for a relaxed experience. You can enjoy Akita's specialties, and the kiritanpo has a wonderful aroma and is very delicious. There are plenty of vegetables like seri and eringi, and the texture is refreshing. The chicken in tomato cream sauce is rich, and even the steamed vegetables have a careful flavor. The cold dashi chazuke topped with junsai, as well as the melon and yogurt sorbet and iced tea, left a strong impression. The staff were friendly, and the restaurant gradually filled up with customers.
