The carrot dressing is thick and has a gentle sweetness that goes well with anything. It pairs perfectly not only with salads but also with meat rolls and tomatoes, instantly brightening up the dining table. The jam has a moderate sweetness, allowing the taste of the ingredients to shine through. The dessert with dried strawberries soaked in white chocolate has a great balance of sweet and sour flavors, and I really liked it.
