I tried buying trout sushi, and first of all, the aroma is refreshing and pleasant. The balance of the vinegar and salt is harmonious, and the overall balance is very good. The fish has a moderate thickness, is not dry, and is moist. It is delicious enough to eat as is, and not adding soy sauce enhances the flavor.
