The focus is on Japanese cuisine, and the calm atmosphere is pleasant. The seasonal sashimi is particularly impressive, with each dish having a careful flavor. They skillfully use local seasonal vegetables, and the dishes featuring burdock root are especially memorable. The grilled fish and tamagoyaki are also well-balanced, making them perfect to enjoy with sake. It's nice that you can choose between white rice or brown rice for lunch. It's a bit of a walk from the nearest station, but the time spent strolling there is part of the fun of this restaurant.
