As you pass through the noren (fabric divider), you feel a comforting and homely atmosphere. There is a heavy counter and tatami seating, allowing you to relax and take your time. The boar hot pot has a deep miso-based broth that is mild, harmonizing the umami of the meat with the sweetness of the fat. You can thoroughly enjoy it all the way to the final zosui (rice porridge), leaving you very satisfied. The sashimi platter, tempura, and nutta (a type of salad) are all prepared with care, and each dish was delicious. Additionally, the chili con carne was an unexpected dish that paired perfectly with beer and sake.
