When you exit the station and walk a little along Romance Street, a shop with a calm atmosphere appears. Upon opening the door, you are greeted by the aroma of tonkotsu (pork bone broth) and a counter lined with sake bottles, raising your expectations. You can choose between soy sauce and salt for the soup, both of which have a clear umami flavor that makes you want to drink it all the way to the last drop. The flat, wavy noodles and the thin, straight noodles both have a good chewiness and pair well with the soup. The toppings, including chashu (braised pork), shungiku (chrysanthemum leaves), and yuzu peel, each have a distinct presence, and the wontons, in particular, are packed with filling, providing exceptional satisfaction. The stylish interior reminiscent of a bar allows you to savor your meal leisurely, making it perfect not only for ramen lovers but also for a little detour.
