The Lu Mei at this restaurant is a classic Taiwanese street food dish of melt-in-your-mouth pork belly stewed in sweet soy sauce and served over white rice. It looks gorgeous and is topped with a boiled egg, daikon (radish), and boiled egg. The restaurant is decorated in a nostalgic Showa-era diner style, with a slight Asian flavor. Other dishes on the menu have also been reviewed as delicious, especially the wife's Lu Bei rice, which has sweet pork cut into small pieces and looks gorgeous.
