In front of the shop, a reindeer adorned with light bulbs is shining, making it immediately clear that they are open for business. As I walk through the door, I see many regular customers, and the chatter with the master at the counter is lively, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. They slice prosciutto and salami right in front of you with a special slicer, releasing an enticing aroma that instantly whets your appetite. When I take a bite of the ultra-thin prosciutto, the moist texture and rich flavor pair perfectly with the wine. The house wine is generously poured into the glass, which makes the conversation and drinks flow easily. The Caprese salad and freshly baked baguette also highlight the quality of the ingredients, providing a satisfying experience despite the casual setting.
