This place offers all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink options, but you can also enjoy individual dishes thoroughly. In particular, the premium tongue has a light yet rich flavor, with a crispy texture that is still tender. When enjoyed with ponzu sauce, it has a light mouthfeel that makes you want to keep eating. The variety of sauces is also good, with a sweet lemon sauce and a spicy delicious flavor that pairs well with freshly grilled dishes. There are private rooms and semi-private sunken kotatsu seats, allowing for a calm and leisurely experience. The salad bar and the unlimited refills of rice, kimchi, and miso soup are also nice, and the kalbi, harami, and tripe were delicious.
