Since it is located in a food court, the pickup is smooth and easy to use. There are many types of seafood bowls, making the selection process enjoyable. When you pour the sauce made with grilled golden eye snapper and egg yolk, it becomes creamy and pairs well with the rice. The flavor is enhanced by the wasabi and soy sauce with a rich dashi. The clam soup has large clams that are well cleaned of sand, providing a clear umami flavor. The salmon and tuna bowls are also satisfying, and overall, the meal is refreshing.
