Saturday, November 23 Cafe Katsudo ☕✨ with my partner ( ) Originally planned to be a girls' night out, but due to various reasons, Mayu and I decided to go together. Let's have another girls' party 🥺💖 We had lunch at Nanoya, which is located in a slightly remote area. The parking lot is just past Nanoya. I really wanted to sit by the window, I really wanted a window seat, but the old ladies were sitting there, so I got a different seat 😂😂. I think there is only one type of lunch. First of all, there was a side dish platter. Like cauliflower and lotus root in vinegar, taro and broccoli salad, and turnip with mayonnaise. I was surprised that they used two kinds of things that Mayu-chan doesn't like, but they were all delicious and gently seasoned 😊. I want to copy the taro and broccoli salad ✨ Next was the main course. Next up was the main course, which was grilled chicken with salt, I think. It comes with rice, miso soup, sweet and spicy side dish dressed with bonito flakes, simmered vegetables, and homemade furikake. The chicken was perfectly salted and grilled, and the skin was so crispy and delicious 🥺. The skin was crispy and delicious 🥺. and a squeeze of sudachi (?) for a refreshing taste. The vegetables served with the chicken were just as delicious as the main dish. The carrots were sweet, the shishito peppers had a nice charred flavor, and the eggplant was fried and soaked in a sweet and spicy seasoning that I could have eaten a lot of rice with just this 😂🍚 I wanted to try the furikake as well, I wanted to put furikake on it, but I ran out of rice with just the side dish! LOL! Sweet and spicy side dishes and Japanese food go well with rice, don't they? After dinner, dessert and a drink are included. You can choose only one dessert from 3 kinds, or you can get a 3-dessert platter for 200 yen. Of course, I am a greedy person, so of course I chose the 3 kinds of dessert 🤣. Oyster and cheese with tofu paste, black sesame sponge cake, and hojicha bavarois? I'm not a big fan of oysters, but I enjoyed the homemade calpis-like flavor of the cheese. The sponge cake had a savory black sesame flavor and was extremely moist. The bavaroa was a little hard and not too sweet. The molasses-like sauce on top was just the right balance of sweetness. I chose coffee as my drink ☕. It was a delicious and relaxing lunch in a restaurant that made me feel as if I had come to my grandmother's house. It was a somewhat relaxing experience. Then we moved on to sweets. To be continued.

Lunch🍴 \\ Cafe in a traditional Japanese house for relaxation // They put me in a private room separate from the hall✨. The food was delicious and so cozy! I wish I could have stayed longer 🍀.
