The calm atmosphere reminiscent of a traditional Japanese farmhouse makes you feel at ease the moment you enter. The thin, firm soba noodles have a wonderful aroma and are flavorful even on their own. The duck zaru (cold soba with duck) pairs the deliciousness of the duck meat with the flavor of the soba perfectly, and the dipping sauce complements it exceptionally well. The warm duck nanban (soba with duck and green onions) is also satisfying with the taste of the green onions and duck. The grilled duck, itawasa (sliced fish), fine tempura, and Senju-age (fried tofu) were all impressively delicious. The thoughtful touch of serving green onions with the soba broth is also appreciated, allowing for a pleasant experience until the very end.
