At the back of a residential area, there is a quiet presence that seems a bit exclusive from the outside, but inside it feels comforting. Upon entering, there is a counter on the right, and the private rooms separated by sliding doors have tatami mats and table seats where you can sit comfortably. The staff greet you with a smile and promptly serve water, providing attentive service. The pleasant sound of fish being prepared right in front of you is soothing, and the sashimi can be enjoyed with ginger and garlic condiments. In addition to small side dishes and red miso soup, there is also a steaming hot chawanmushi, where you can fully appreciate the flavors of chicken, ginkgo, and shrimp. The presentation shows creativity, and even for lunch, it brings a high level of satisfaction that makes you happy.
