There is no paper menu; instead, you look at the ingredients at the counter and communicate your preferred cooking style. The octopus and cucumber sunomono (vinegared dish) is mild and refreshing. The barbecue skewers alternate between beef, onion, and sausage, with a fragrant and light seasoning. When the grilled squid is squeezed with lemon, its moist umami flavor spreads. The sashimi, including amberjack and flounder, is fresh and has a pleasant texture. When paired with sake, the goodness of the seafood is further enhanced, providing a great sense of satisfaction.
