There is a parking lot, and the noren (fabric divider) catches your eye, making it easy to enter the restaurant. Inside, there are tables and tatami seating, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The handmade soba has a rich aroma and a pleasant texture that is firm due to being chilled in cold water. The mori soba pairs well with the cold dipping sauce, and you can enjoy variations in flavor with condiments and tororo (grated yam). The warm duck dipping sauce has a slight sweetness, and you can clearly taste the umami of the broth, which is soothing. The kenchin soba was also steaming hot, and the harmony between the ingredients and the soba was satisfying.
