This is a nostalgic shop with red lanterns that catch the eye in Shianbashi Yokocho. It is a cozy space with a small counter and tables, where one staff member efficiently manages everything. The chicken sashimi is sliced thinly and served on top of thinly sliced onions, with ponzu sauce and yuzu pepper enhancing the flavor significantly. The rich umami spreads with each bite, perfectly complementing the refreshing acidity. The omelet is adjusted to your preferred sweetness, and the aroma of sesame oil is delightful and very tasty. The edamame with a buttery flavor and the smoked potato salad served as appetizers also show a touch of creativity, making it a comfortable place to relax and enjoy.
