The interior is a spacious restaurant-like area, and the natural light coming in through the windows is very pleasant. There is a large roasting machine, allowing you to see the roasting process up close. The blend, centered around medium roast, has a good balance of acidity and richness, providing a deep flavor to enjoy. Beans from Guatemala and other regions are also available, which is great as you can choose based on your mood for the day. The bread loaded with raisins and the slightly bitter coffee jelly pair excellently, making it satisfying enough to serve as a lunch substitute. Engaging in conversation with the friendly owner made for a wonderful time spent leisurely.
