This calm shop located in a residential area has a special style where you take off your shoes before entering. The handmade soba has a pleasant texture, and you can enjoy it both on its own and with dipping sauce. The duck seiro comes with both warm duck broth and regular dipping sauce, which is nice for separating the flavors. It includes thick slices of duck meat, green onions, and mushrooms, allowing the umami to spread gently. The menu is very extensive, with a variety of soba, udon, and rice bowl dishes, making the selection process enjoyable. In particular, the katsudon topped with egg and the sakura shrimp tempura were impressively delicious.
