The quiet interior of the shop located in an alley has a spacious L-shaped counter that is very relaxing. The first dish that came out, a simmered dish, was fluffy and perfectly seasoned, immediately capturing my heart. Next, the thick slices of bonito and surf clam sashimi were served, and the strong seasonal flavors spread throughout my mouth. The owner responded cheerfully, and when I conveyed my preferences focusing on blue fish and shellfish, he created a series of imaginative sushi for me. I couldn't help but feel excited with each creatively presented dish, including the miso soup with shrimp heads and the dish topped with the liver of whelk. To finish, I enjoyed homemade dried sweet potato with black syrup on agar, leaving the table feeling happy until the very end.
