The aquarium right at the entrance catches the eye, and I took my seat with excitement. The interior is clean, with a counter and tatami seating, allowing for a relaxed atmosphere. The freshly fried horse mackerel from the aquarium has a firm texture, and the bones are made into crispy crackers. The tempura has a light batter, and the shrimp, shishito peppers, and eggplant are all crunchy. The soft-shelled turtle has no unpleasant smell, and I was satisfied with the rich flavors in the hot pot and rice porridge. The service was polite, and the pace of the food delivery was comfortable, allowing for an enjoyable dining experience.
