It's a cozy little shop located in an alley, and as soon as you enter, there's a counter that excites you. The sushi is carefully prepared right in front of you, and you can immediately tell the freshness of the ingredients. You can enjoy a good balance of fatty fish, white fish aged with kelp, shellfish, and shrimp. They serve small dishes, chawanmushi (savory egg custard), soup, and dessert, and each one is made with care and is satisfying. The chawanmushi is piping hot, and the gentle flavor of the gari (pickled ginger) leaves a lasting impression. The interior is a bit cramped, but there are seats on the second floor, and the warm hospitality makes for a comfortable experience.
