There is a parking space in front of the restaurant. Inside, the restaurant is spaciously arranged, with a table and a small tatami room, and the sound of the TV substitutes for background music. The Sarashina mori-soba is a clear white color, smooth and comfortable, and has good elasticity. The soba noodles are served with a rich aroma and a strong broth that enhances the flavor of the soba. The handmade buckwheat noodles are a little thicker and have a rough surface that is more satisfying the more you chew. The thick, cloudy soba-yu (buckwheat water) that finishes the dish is a welcome respite, and the rice bowl and set menu are also available to make you feel satisfied.
