The cozy interior of the shop has a pleasant atmosphere that feels close to the local community. Right now, ramen is the star of the show, with options for Chinese soba and salt tonkotsu. The soup has a sweet aroma and a moderate richness, leaving a refreshing aftertaste. The thin, straight noodles cling well, making it easy to eat. The sweet, ginger-flavored pork belly, along with green onions, bean sprouts, and larger bamboo shoots, adds a nice accent. The fried rice also has a good balance of seasoning and rice, and before I knew it, I had almost finished the soup as well.
