The calm atmosphere of the shop located underground makes you feel comfortable as soon as you enter. The roast beef bowl I had for lunch was tender despite being mostly lean meat, and when I added a light sauce, the flavor was enhanced even more. There is no extra charge for a large serving of rice, so you can fill your stomach well. The stone-grilled bibimbap remained hot until the end, and the crispy rice and the richness of the cheese were a perfect match. The homely feel, where you can casually chat with the owner over the counter, is also appealing. Each dish is infused with the flavors of pepper and sauce, and I think it's a taste that I occasionally crave.
