Shokupan - Nothing but bread, a specialty bread shop
A very flavorful bread. It is quite dense, but soft and slightly sweet. It can be eaten as is or toasted. It is delicious even without butter. Made with Hokkaido Tokachi cream. It seems to be the original bread shop in Rokko, Kobe.
