There are only a few counter seats, but that makes the distance to the owner feel close and exciting. The signature dish, simmered offal, is rich in aroma and flavor, and I couldn't help but drink the soup as well. Outside, there is a spacious tent area where you can enjoy your meal while feeling the mountain air, which is the best. Even the uniquely named 'Hoimi' size is satisfying enough, and I had a great time with my motorcycle friends. There are many regulars, and even as a first-timer, the warm atmosphere made it easy to join in the conversation. I enjoyed a delicious lunch at the foot of Mount Akagi, and on the way back, my heart felt light.
