When you enter the shop, guitars and railway goods are lined up on the walls, making it feel like you've stepped into a hobby room, which is exciting. The master casually greeted me, and I was able to relax immediately, even as a first-time visitor. The signature Neapolitan pasta has thick, chewy noodles, and the flavor of the pork belly is perfectly intertwined with the sauce, making it the best. The homemade sauce, which doesn't use ketchup, is rich and has no sourness, so it never gets boring until the end. Squeezing the accompanying yuzu or lemon adds a refreshing touch, making the flavor changes enjoyable. After the meal, I had a lively conversation about railways with the master, and it became an unforgettable time, both for the cozy atmosphere and the delicious food.
