It was a spring day, so from Aso, We walked about 30 minutes to get there 𖤣𖥧 The restaurant opened at 11:30, but it was full right away 𓏗𓏗. But there were many people by themselves. It was a quiet cafe time 𓂃☕️ Sakura macarons are made with a soft and moist dough. Cherry blossom ganache cream is sandwiched between the firm and moist dough, and a salted cherry blossom on the side. The white and pink color was so cute and delicious 💕 Sakura Mont Blanc is a fluffy green tea roll cake. The Sakura Montblanc is a fluffy green tea roll cake with a base of cherry blossom flavored Montblanc cream. It is filled with cherry blossom flavored mont blanc cream on a fluffy green tea roll cake base. The rice cake inside is chewy and great ✨. It was a Mont Blanc that made me feel Japanese at once 𓈒𓂂𓏸 hana tart is a cheese tart in the shape of a flower. The tart is made of moist green tea tart dough with cheese cream inside, The top is filled with fresh cream and jam 🍊 which is squeezed into the petals of the flower. Sweet and sour, crisp and a little bit salty! I had this cake last year and loved it. Cafe latte with cute snowflakes! I recommend it because it's easy to drink ☕️ I like this combination because it goes well with cake! The warmth of the wood inside the restaurant is very nice. The staff is a one-operator, but they are calm and friendly. It is a cozy cafe. ☝️ Of course, the coffee and seasonal sweets are always delicious! I always enjoy the coffee and the seasonal sweets 😊.
